Also if leaving them outside they should be sealed so paint doesnt stain areas when wet from rain. There are a few suggested rules such as no hiding in state or national parks, no hiding in areas where they could get in the way of bike riders or mowers etc, and be sure not to take rocks from an area you don’t have permission to do so as it’s illegal in some beaches and private properties. This is a great project for just about anyone but is gaining popularity with families with children and middle ages women who like it as a creative hobby. The trend is currently worldwide with at least 4 known formal Topeka, KS groups, 25 in Kansas and MANY nation and worldwide according to online sources. Art Rocks Topeka and Kindness Rocks are small rocks people paint and hide around town for others to find, rehide, replace, or keep.
